All catering is handled exclusively by the Civic Center
and Centre Catering - please contact Jeff Spencer (General Manager of Food & Beverage Operations) at 850-487-1691, Christy Noftz (Sales Director) or Bunny Nocera (Sales Associate) at 850-487-1691.

The building is equipped with a house kitchen whose use is restricted to
Civic Center personnel.
